{"id":1708,"date":"2025-08-19T15:58:43","date_gmt":"2025-08-19T15:58:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/crp.rs\/?page_id=1708"},"modified":"2025-08-19T15:59:20","modified_gmt":"2025-08-19T15:59:20","slug":"kafilerija","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/crp.rs\/index.php\/kafilerija\/","title":{"rendered":"Kafilerija"},"content":{"rendered":"    <article id=\"post-1699\" class=\"post-1708 page type-page status-publish hentry\">\n        <h1>Rezultati inspekcijskog nadzora u kafileriji \u201eVU Napredak\u201c<\/h1>\n\n                    <div class=\"post-thumbnail\">\n                <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/crp.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Kafilerija.png\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/crp.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Kafilerija.png 1080w, https:\/\/crp.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Kafilerija-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/crp.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Kafilerija-1024x1024.png 1024w, https:\/\/crp.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Kafilerija-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/crp.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Kafilerija-768x768.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1080px) 100vw, 1080px\" \/>            <\/div>\n        \n        <div class=\"entry-content\">\n            \n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Centar za razvoj Pomoravlja, kao organizacija posve\u0107ena ja\u010danju transparentnosti, demokratije i odgovornog rada institucija, 21. oktobra 2024. godine podneo je inicijativu za pokretanje vanrednog inspekcijskog nadzora u kafileriji \u201eVU Napredak\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Povod za ovu prijavu bile su vi\u0161emese\u010dne \u017ealbe gra\u0111ana na neprijatne mirise koji su se \u0161irili iz pravca kafilerije i ozbiljno naru\u0161avali kvalitet svakodnevnog \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dana 4. novembra 2024. godine, nadle\u017eni inspektorat nas je obavestio da spalionica u okviru kafilerije nije u funkciji ve\u0107 du\u017ee od godinu dana zbog tehni\u010dkih nedostataka. Tako\u0111e je potvr\u0111eno da su neprijatni mirisi posledica procesa prerade sporednih proizvoda \u017eivotinjskog porekla u ko\u0161tano bra\u0161no, gde postoje\u0107i filterski sistemi ne obezbe\u0111uju dovoljnu efikasnost u eliminaciji mirisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ipak, nakon na\u0161e intervencije i inspekcijskog nadzora, prime\u0107eno je zna\u010dajno pobolj\u0161anje \u2013 neprijatni mirisi su se u velikoj meri povukli. Smatramo da je ovakav ishod rezultat institucionalne reakcije na na\u0161u prijavu, \u0161to dodatno potvr\u0111uje zna\u010daj gra\u0111anskog pritiska i uloge civilnog dru\u0161tva u kontroli i unapre\u0111enju rada javnih slu\u017ebi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Centar za razvoj Pomoravlja nastavlja da prati stanje na terenu, uz podse\u0107anje da transparentan i efikasan rad institucija mora biti pravilo, a ne izuzetak.
